Support for Tbaytel Users on K-Net Mobile

K-Net is looking for Tbaytel customers roaming on the K-Net Mobile network that are experiencing:

  • Delayed Texts
  • Flood of old Texts

If this has happened to you within the last 7 days, please send us:

  1. Your phone number
  2. The phone number of the person sending you the text
  3. Date and Time Stamp of the received delayed Texts – Day Month Year – Hour:Minute
  4. Date and Time when the person sent you the texts. (optional)

We do not need to see the contents of your text messages. All information sent to us will be kept confidential.
