For customers roaming from other Carriers

K-Net has VOICE & TEXTING roaming agreements with Rogers and Tbaytel. Rogers and Tbaytel customers that are roaming in K-Net Mobile communities will be able to use their VOICE & TEXTING but NO DATA.

Why do Tbaytel and Rogers customers sometimes not receive texts?

K-Net Mobile sends SMS/Texts as soon as we receive them from other Carriers like Tbaytel and Rogers. Sometimes their systems queue their messages and do not send them right away to their customers roaming on our network. You may experience a flood of old messages when this happens. It is beyond our control at K-Net.
